Information we collect
When you contact Truespeak, we may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, enquiry details and any operational context you choose to share. The website also uses basic analytics to understand traffic, page performance and enquiry paths.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare discovery calls, diagnose workflow gaps, provide proposals, deliver managed AI operations services, maintain security and improve the website.
Operational data
Client systems may process business records such as CRM entries, invoices, emails, forms, reports or workflow logs. The scope is agreed with each client, access is limited to what the system needs, and sensitive actions use human approval gates where appropriate.
Sharing and processors
Truespeak does not sell personal information. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, automation, storage and communication. They only receive the information needed to provide those services.
Security
We use isolated systems, access controls and operational logging to protect client and enquiry information. No online system is perfect, but security and least-privilege access are part of the operating model.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
